---Can I change my shipping address,once I paid for the order?

For the Paypal and Credit card payment methods,based on their policies,we can not change the address for the buyer.We can only send the item to the buye's default address which released to us by Paypal or Credit card bank.So if the buyer's Paypal address or Credit card address is wrong,please contact them update your address information,then order from us.For the Westunion,Money gram and Westunion payment methods,if the buyer input a wrong address ,please contact our service team to change

---When will you ship the item out ,once I paid for the order? Is there any tracking code offered?

Normally once we confirm the buyer's payment,we will ship out the item within 3 days.Once we ship the item out ,the buyer will get tracking code with e-mail(we only send the information to the buyer's registered E-mail address ,so when you register on our site ,please make sure that you use a valid E-mail address).

---Why does the tracking code is invalid?

Due to the International shipping center is a little bit far from us and once the item arrive in the international shipping center, the custom need to check the item first ,then the shipping company can update tracking information online,so sometimes the buyer  get the tracking code a few days already,but the tracking code is still invalid.This is normal status,please don't feel anxious,any problems happen ,we will offer E-mail notice to the buyer,or you can forward your concern to us through

---How many days will the shipping take?

We offer 3 different kinds of shipping methods ship the package to the buyer right now:DHL,EMS and registered airmail shipping.

The DHL will take around 6-12 natural days delivery.
The EMS will take around 8-16 natural days delivery.
The Registerd airmail shipping will take around 15-40 natural days delivery.
Note:Due to the international shipping is a far away delivery,so sometimes during the shipping process,the shipping company may faces some force majeure issues make the delivery delayed,once the buyer face problem with it,the buyer can contact us.

---If the item is lost during the shipping process,will I get refund?

We are not held responsible for all lost or any damages occurring during the shipping, we strongly suggest our customers to pay for the extra insurance fee.
This way in a rare case a lost or damage on a package, you are fully protected by the insurance.Please think for risky and decide if need pay it.

---How are customs and import tax/duties handled?

Because of the Meizusale forward the products from Shen Zhen to Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from HDC Mobile.

Statistically, well less than 1% of all orders have ever got opened by the Customs in customers' home countries. If a package were to be checked by the customs office of the customer's country, customers have to cover for import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

Although the chance of packages charged by the customs is small, Meizusale encourages customers to check with their local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, prior to placing an order. Meizusale offers 1 year warranty for all our store items.
If customer's item is  faulty for non-artificial reasons within one year (from the date of arrival), customers can send them back for free repair. Dis-assemble, misuse, drop, waterlog or any other artificial factor causes the damage of item are not in scope of the warranty.

---If the item arrived with a defective situation,how will you handle it?

If the item you receive is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement or a refund.

It depends of the buyer's using time.

IN ONE MONTH Report problem for product for fix, buyer need pay ship back fee.

OVER ONE MONTH Buyer need pay ship back fee. (Start from buyer got package 30days)

After you reported to us, please ship back and give us track within 5days. If you not ship back on time you need pay ship back fee too.
We only support and repair we sold out items,please not need ship back other seller or website sold to you items. We will destroy it.

Hardware repair case:
For change hardware buyer need pay cost fee. The hardware price depend on factory request.
Electronic devices at carry a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise.
As for accessories, such as batteries and headset, They carry Only 2weeks warranty.

-----How do I ship the defective item back to you ?

If the item's problem can not be sovled by contact our service team ,then the buyer can return the item back to us,we will follow our policy handle the buyer's package.The buyer can get the returning instruction from our service team.
